Ian Lentz qualifies for Olympic Trials
Former Casa Grande High School swimming standout Ian Lentz has qualified for the Olympic Trials.
Lentz qualified by swimming 55.48 in the 100-meter butterfly at the Summer Sanders Invitational Swim Meet in Roseville last Sunday. The qualifying standard is 55.59.
Lentz will swim the event at the Olympic Trials on July 4 in Omaha.
Lentz just completed his third year competing for the University of California, Berkeley.
